Who are we?

Pole Dancing Passion is a pole and body pump combined dance course run
by professional dancers, designed to provide a dance class for woman and men
who are interested in the art of pole fitness dance. Great for self confidence
and furthering your dance experience.

We aim to teach the arts of discipline and manipulation of the body by introducing
our students to new forms of exercise and dance which will push their limits!

Not only is this course a great workout for the whole body, but it also encourages
the acquisition of a new degree of self confidence which you, as a participant, may
never have thought possible. This does not necessarily relate to the sexual aspect
which is predominantly associated with this kind of dance; it also relates to general
self confidence.

On the completion of each course you will be presented with your own certificate.

The Course

The course runs over 6 weeks and 6hrs

Depending on what course you have chosen will depend on the day the course is run.

The pole and dance courses holds 7 people each with there own pole.
Due to the demand of the course please book early to avoid disappointment.

much of which can be practised at home for those who prefer a more interesting workout!

What to wear

With regards to clothing, we recommend attire which you can move in comfortably.
However, we would suggest wearing shorts for pole work as it is necessary to have
skin contact.

Please bring water and a towel and something warm for after class.

Our Venues

Venue Hove

Our studio is a privately hired function room located at the Alibi Public House, Hove.
We operate a strict over eighteens policy and have all the necessary facilities set up,
including pole and music.

Venue Worthing

We have various licensed venues in Worthing and also a private dance studio.
Please contact Dawn for more info on courses in Worthing .

Each venue has a great atmosphere and is very relaxed with no interruptions.
For those who may be a little shy about the whole experience, it is acceptable to have
a drink beforehand to promote a little more confidence (obviously within reason!).
Fully licensed bar down stairs.

Charges

A nun refundable deposit of £30 booking fee will be required hold your place on the
course. You will need to pay the rest in full on the night before the course starts.

The cost of the course is £130 in total

Taster classes

We run a 1 hr taster class to let you make your own mind up about pole dancing.
This will allow you to try before you book.

You will be working on basic pole moves and dance.

Cost £20 per head

Daytime Saturdays once a month

Private lessons

You can have your own private lessons with one of our experienced teachers.
The studio is based in Worthing in a private mirrored studio.

You will push your body in a 1hr work out. This is a fast and effective way to
get fit. It's better to book a number of lessons to get the full benefit of the body
and pole work out.

If you are stuck and need help to make your hen or stag night one to remember then

If you're after a bit of fun then Pole Dancing Passion can guarantee you laughter,
fun and the chance for you to enjoy your last night of freedom.

Drinks on arrival (bucks fizz) we know Dutch courage maybe needed.

Classes run between 12 & 4pm in a private location.

We suggest you are comfortable in your clothes and

i.e. nurses, police woman, maids, PVC, leather, you choose.

About the teachers

Kate aged 32

Has life experience of different types of dance and is also director of Poi Passion.
She spends most of her time teaching and performing with the energy to pass on
the confidence to fellow students and enjoys having the passion for dancing.

Ethan aged 28

Has been dancing for several years now and believes that it's time for everyone to
express themselves and feel comfortable with their bodies.

So come on boys, come experience the Pole Dancing Passion . You will not
regret it.

Lisa aged 25

Is trained by Pole Dancing Passion and has 2 years of pole experience.
She has great enthusiasm and energy which she would like to share as she was
once a shy introvert beginner, but though her own hard work has now the
confidence to teach.
